Overview of Classes

Our aerobic staff consists of professional instructors-- qualified and educated--to insure our members receive the best instruction possible. Our goal is to help meet your personal fitness goals in a fun, and safe environment. In order to make classes more effective, ask our instructors questions regarding fitness classes and how they can be incorporated into your personal fitness program!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 

 SPINNING®   SPINNING® is a fun and intense workout that takes place on a specialized Spinner® bike. Group spinning is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. All spinning workouts are approx. 50 minutes and incorporate various types of riding techniques. Our staff of experienced and trained instructors will motivate and lead you through each ride!  
SPINNING w/ STRENGTH   Another fantastic, heart pumping, hour long class; consisting of 40 minutes of spinning and ending the class out with 20 minutes of intense strength training, focusing on your upper, lower and core muscles!
KICKBOXING   Backed by high energy music, this class combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors — it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body! All levels welcome!
CORE w/ STRENGTH   A 45 minute workout of the upper and lower body, cardio, strength and sport conditioning! You’ll get something new out of each class! All levels welcome!  
 Zumba ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.  
SPIN w/ Pilates This class will combine an intense spinning workout with body toning exercises to complete your workout. Classes begin with a spinning ride and will end with a Pilates session that will tighten and tone those major muscle groups & core muscles. With the incorporation of energy, cardio, and strength you are sure to walk away feeling great!
Pillates w/ Core A fun and invigorating workout that teaches a series of controlled movements utilizing the body's "core" - abdomen, back, and hips. This exercise regimen is designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance, with an emphasis on posture. This class is suitable for any level
